After the third fold pat the dough to 3/4" thick, and cut out your biscuits. Don't forget to pat together your scraps to get 1 or 2 more! Repeat until you're out of dough. With a normal sized cutter (2-2 1/2 inches) I get 8. 
  5. Brush the biscuits with the remaining tablespoon of milk. Bake for 15-17 minutes until the tops are golden.

  • 10 Lasagna Noodles
  • 3 cups Chicken , cooked and shredded
  • 16 ounces Ricotta Cheese

  • 1.5 cups Alfredo Sauce, jarred
  • 2 cups Mozzarella , shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain water from the pot and place noodles on a flat surface. (I suggest using a piece of parchment paper).
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  5. In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  6. With the lasagna noodles on a flat surface spread 3 ounces of the chicken mixture on each noodle. Leave 1/3 of the noodle bare.
  7. Top the chicken mixture with 1-2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce.
  8. Starting at the end of the noodle roll it up, rolling towards the bare end of the noodle.
  9. Add 1/4 cup of Alfredo sauce to the bottom of a casserole dish.
  10. Place each lasagna roll up into the casserole dish.
  11. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the lasagna roll ups.
  12. Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  13. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  14. After 20 minutes remove the aluminum foil and continue to bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  15. Enjoy!

Instructions :

  1. In a food processor ground whole Oreo cookies with the filling to get fine crumbs.
  2. Combine Oreo crumbs with 6 tablespoons melted butter and stir until evenly moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Set in the fridge to firm while making the filling.
  3. In a bowl mix together cream cheese, � cup softened butter and powdered sugar and beat well. Mix in 1 � cup Cool Whip. Fold in blueberries. NOTES: If you use frozen blueberries you must thaw them first and rinse with water if you don�t want to get dark purple color for your filling than drained them well at several layer of paper towel!!!
  4. Spread the mixture over the crust.
  5. In a medium bowl combine white chocolate instant pudding with 3 cups cold milk. Whisk for a few minutes until the pudding starts to thicken and mix in pulverized freeze dried blueberries. Spread over cream cheese layer. Set in the fridge to firm.
  6. Spread 1 � cups Cool Whip on top.
  7. Top with white chocolate curls or shavings or sprinkle white chocolate chips.
  8. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours before serving.

  • 1 batch Sesame-Soy Vinaigrette (see below)
  • optional garnishes: thinly-sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, coarsely-ground black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes

SESAME-SOY VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha or hot chili oil

DIRECTIONS:

TO MAKE THE NOODLES:

  1. Cook noodles al dente in a large stockpot of salted water according to package instructions.  Drain, and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, as the pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.  Add the broccoli florets and season with a few pinches of salt and pepper.  Saute, stirring once a minute or so, for 4-5 minutes until it is slightly charred around the edges and cooked through.  Stir in the garlic and continue sauteing for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the garlic is cooked and fragrant.  Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. When the pasta is drained, return it to the large stockpot, and stir in the cooked broccoli and garlic, almonds, and sauce until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Serve immediately, topped with your desired garnishes.  Or refrigerate the noodles in a sealed container for up to 3 days.  (This dish is also awesome when served chilled.)

  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut

CHOCOLATE GANACHE:

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream or half and half
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • additional shredded coconut for garnish optional

INSTRUCTIONS

COCONUT FILLING:

  1. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, cream or half and half, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the coconut and beat for another minute to thoroughly combine.
  2. Dump the coconut mixture on top of the cooled brownies and spread it around into an even layer. Refrigerate while you prepare the ganache.

FOR THE GANACHE:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the cream and chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Pour the ganache over the coconut topped brownies, smoothing the top. If you'd like to sprinkle the top of the brownies with additional shredded coconut, do so now, while the ganache is still soft.
  2. Return the brownies to the fridge for at least an hour for the ganache to firm up before cutting and serving. These brownies are rich, I cut them small.
