1 cup water
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons poultry season�ng
1 teaspoon on�on powder
1 teaspoon garl�c powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon dr�ed parsley
1 teaspoon dr�ed bas�l
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound boneless, sk�nless ch�cken breast
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups m�lk
2 cups frozen peas and carrots

DUMPL�NGS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon bak�ng powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon butter (softened)
1 cup m�lk

�NSTRUCT�ONS
�n a heavy bottomed Dutch oven or large w�de pot, over med�um heat, add ch�cken broth, water, butter and all season�ngs (poultry season�ng, on�on powder, garl�c powder, salt, parsley, bas�l, and pepper). Cover and br�ng to a bo�l.
Meanwh�le, cut ch�cken breast �nto b�te s�zed p�eces. Add to the pot. St�r to comb�ne and cover.
�n a sealable conta�ner (such as a large mason jar) comb�ne flour and m�lk. Seal t�ghtly and shake v�gorously to comb�ne well. You w�ll create a smooth flour m�xture for th�cken�ng your sauce called a slurry. Slowly pour the slurry �nto the pot, st�rr�ng constantly. Add frozen vegetables and cover.
